Note stealing - Digital Mellotrons have 10 note polyphony, which usually isn’t a problem. But if you use the sustain pedal and play 11 notes, the first note played is cut, allowing the “11th note” to be played. So the first note gets “stolen,” hence note stealing.

On the Rev 1 the SD slot is between the Midi jacks and the Phones jack.

The Rev 2 Micro is the revision without the SD slot in the back.

This app is only intended for updating the firmware, i.e. operating system. It will not change the sounds of your Micro. The Micro is not designed to have the sounds updated, neither via SD cards nor via Bluetooth.

A full update of all the parts of the firmware will take ca 30 seconds.

Please follow the instructions in the app and on the screens of the Micro.

We are sorry, but we cannot support the Android app anymore. Google has made the app management procedure too complicated for small businesses that provide free apps.

Micro Rev 1 Update
