The prices on our website are in USD (U.S. dollars), and your payment method will be charged with the corresponding amount in your local currency including any applicable conversion fees.
To the EU, we ship from Sweden. To the US, we ship both from Sweden and California. We provide a FedEx tracking number once an order is shipped. VAT/taxes for the EU and California are calculated at the cart page.
We prioritize our customers who purchase from us directly, giving them first access to our hand built instruments. If you do not see your country as a delivery option, please write to us directly to place an order and inquire about VAT/taxes: merch@mellotron.com
To calculate the total cost to ship any item from our webstore, simply at it to your cart and set your shipping location. This will determine the shipping fees and VAT/taxes that we need to collect.
Once payment has cleared for ANY order, there is a 5% processing fee passed on to the customer for ALL REFUNDS.
